This conversion-approved attic structure in a Wilhelminian style house in Lassallestrasse near Praterstern is divided into a street and courtyard wing. The total attic space was around 570 m² and was divided into 5 apartments. On the street side two-story flats were planned, and on the courtyard wing one-story flats.
